Service portfolio

The KIM serviceportfolio, introduced in April 2022 replaced the previous service catalogue

Version V00.05 is valid and available here.

Release note for V00.05 (most important changes to V00.04):

- Responsibility and support contact have changed for KonDATA (chapter 7.1.5.6)
- d.3 (d.velop) replaced Alfresco One as document management system as of 01.01.2024 (chapter 7.1.5.4)
- Microsoft Office license via the bildung365.de program is unfortunately only available for private use in the free Office365 licenses for employees until 31.07.2024

In order to see the KIM internal version, please first log in to "my university" at the top right.

The Communication, Information, Media Centre (KIM) is responsible for coordinating, planning, managing and operating communication technology, digital information processing and media supply at the university. All services offered are indispensable components of studying, teaching, research and university administration.

The serviceportfolio lists all KIM services that users can access directly.
In addition, there is an overview of software products and web-based applications and thrid party services at the end, as well as an explanation of other IT-terms.
In this way, the portfolio as a whole services to increase visibility and transparency and provides users with a complete overview.
